Sopa Rallada
Ingredientes:
3 papas medianas 4 dientes de ajo
¼ kilo de calabaza 1 tomate
1 cebolla mediana 1 cucharadita de orégano picado
½ litro de agua Sal a tu gusto
Preparación:
Se pone a fuego el agua en una olla. Una vez que hierve se agrega las papas peladas y ralladas con un rallador grueso, la calabaza y la cebolla también ralladas y el tomate. Se deja hervir a fuego lento por unos minutos. Se agrega la sal y los ajos triturados; bajarlos del fuego se sazona con aceite y el orégano, Se sirve enseguida.
