Empezando la semana con muy buen ánimo y siempre dispuesto a darlo todo. En el lunes podemos programar nuestra semana, sobretodo si se trata de cuidar nuestro cuerpo, lo más importante es saber que hoy es un "volver a empezar", por lo cual, hay que disfrutar y adoptar una actitud ganadora y positiva...Haz deporte, siéntete bien contigo y siempre con una mentalidad invencible.
