Como bien había mencionado en mi IntroduceYourself, ME ENCANTA el contenido aleatorio de internet, es por eso que quiero aprovechar este espacio para compartir con ustedes un poco de ello en recomendaciones eventuales. Espero lo disfruten.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta joya del internet

Lo que acaban de ver es un cover de la canción “Chop Suey” de System of a Down, una de mis bandas favoritas, interpretada por Jose Abelardo Gutiérrez Alanya, mejor conocido en internet (concretamente en YouTube) como “Tongo”, en el idioma inventado “Tonglish”, una versión mal hablada del inglés con influencias del español latino.

Curiosidades:
- Tongo nació en la década de los ’50, concretamente el 24 de septiembre de 1957, lo que quiere decir que a la fecha ya tiene casi 60 años.
- Tongo nació en el distrito “El Tambo” de Perú.
- El video que acaban de ver, el cual ha sido el más popular a la fecha, tiene más de 9 millones de reproducciones y ha sido comentado por diferentes portales en internet a nivel mundial. Actualmente Tongo, además de haber viajado por todo el Perú podría estar llevando su música al continente asiático.
- Contrario a lo que uno creería al ver la calidad de sus producciones, Tongo tiene alrededor de 37 años de carrera artística activa: Siendo autor de diversas canciones en 1980 que serían interpretadas por el grupo “Kimishow”, formando en 1981 la agrupación de cumbia “Grupo imaginación” y realizando diversas presentaciones como cantante solista.
Por su contenido y los hechos anteriormente mencionados reconozco el trabajo de Tongo como generador de contenido, quien a pesar de su origen y su edad ha sido capaz de sacarme una buena carcajada.
