El ramen es uno de los platos orientales más populares de la gastronomía asiática en los últimos años. De origen Chino Un tema delicado de tocar, se trata de un bol de fideos de arroz sumergidos en un sabroso caldo, acompañado por varios ingredientes vegetales, y puede o no incluir carne. Su Mayor ventaja --> Se le puede añadir cualquier ingrediente!! no hay una regla establecida, por lo que varía dependiendo de la región.
Ingredientes
- Fideos de arroz
- Fondo ( Caldo) de vegetales
- Zanahorias en cubos pequeños y cocidas
- Tocino rebanado
- Huevos cocidos rebanados
- cebollín cortado en diagonal (Sesgado)
- Salsa de Soya Clara
Caldo de vegetales
- cebolla
- celery
- zanahoria.
Todo cortado del mismo tamaño Saltee 3 minutos, agregar el agua, al empezar a hervir colocar la olla a la mitad de la flama a fuego bajo durante 45 minutos. Deje reposar por 5 minutos
Huevos cocidos

Preparacion
Cocer en agua hirviendo por 5 minutos los fideos de arroz
Agregar los fideos en el plato y luego el caldo, el cerdo y el huevo cocido y por ultimo la salsa de soya

Hay una versión 5 estrellas del mismo plato que realice en mi examen de cocina asiática, pero como al parecer esto no lo lee nadie quizás nunca vea la luz, con marinado de 8 hrs, ingredientes elegantes, explicación con términos de cocina profesional y etc.
