Buenas noches!!! Últimamente, estoy cocinando bastante seguido. Y, este año decidí comer sano y comprometerme con mi salud. Así que voy por eso lado.
Cocine variado y equilibrado. Arroz, lechuga y pechuga de pollo 🍚🍜🍗. Creo que está bastante bien el menú.
Con 30 grados es una comida ideal. Me encantan las comidas fáciles, rápidas y nutritivas. Y me gustan más, si las preparo yo.
En fin, sólo quería compartir un poco de lo que hice hoy.
