Buenas mi amigos de steemit hoy les hablare un poco de cómo usar la energía positiva para triunfar. Nosotros somos como un imán, si emitimos energía positiva con nuestros pensamientos y sentimientos, atraeremos más energía positiva. En este momento hay un campo de energía o aura a tu alrededor que otros pueden sentir. Sin decir nada, puedes emitir una sensación de paz, calma y otros sentimientos positivos que pueden inspirar, elevar y dar energía a las personas con las que te contactas.
Por otro lado, puedes repeler a las personas emitiendo vibraciones negativas como tensión, ansiedad e ira. Las personas que lo hacen se llaman vampiros de energía, por supuesto, no seas esa persona. Si quieres tener éxito en los negocios y en la vida, debes tratar de ser magnético, simpático y alguien con quien los demás quieran estar. En otras palabras, quieres emitir energía positiva. Este es mi consejo:
*Escucha buena música Busca una buena risa. Ten sexo cuando tengas la oportunidad.
*Ejercicio, por una cosa. Obtiene endorfinas, que actúan como la morfina en el cuerpo, fluyendo para desencadenar sentimientos positivos.
*Coma frutas, vegetales y otras comidas saludables. Evita el azúcar y la soda dietética. Limite el consumo de alcohol y cafeína.
*Trata a los demás bien
*No chismes. Observe cómo puede servir a los demás, ayudar a sus compañeros de trabajo y agregar algo positivo a su entorno.
*Cambia tus pensamientos.Si estás pensando en pensamientos negativos, solo detente. Enfócate intencionalmente en las cosas positivas que suceden en tu vida.
