I had a quick run thru of their "Follower Tracking App"
I'm using phone by the way
The user interface is quite cool and the darkish color is pleasing to the eyes which is not typical to some steemtools' bright hues.
It would look like this after entering the steemit username you want to keep on a track. It shows the profile picture of the user, his/her total steem power, his/her reputation score and his/her current voting power.
Below are 3 different tabs:
Dashboard
The Dashboard tab displays the user's real time followers, users that he/she followed and his/her number 1 Fan, the most loyal one. In my case, my most loyal follower is @jassennessaj. Hey buddy! Want my autograph?
It also shows rankings of the user's most loyal followers basing on their upvotes, comments, interaction frequency and total $ received.

The next tab is the Flowers tab. It primarily focuses on the user's Ghost Followers and Dead followers. Ghost followers are active steemians who didn't engage with the user's 100 latest posts while dead followers are steemians who haven't been active for over a month.

The last but not the least, the Upvotes tab. This tab highlights the user's top upvoter and his highest upvote given reflected by the highest reward that the user received. In my case, my highest upvote received came from Mr. @surpassinggoogle. Thanks Terry!

Conclusion
Unlike any other steemtools like steemd and steemdb or steemstats, this new steemtool mainly providing some good stats about follower engagement , upvotes, comments and some interactions by the one you are following and steemians who follow you. If a steemian is upvoting you regularly but does not follow you, he/she will not be included on your report using the Spectacles-Follower Tracking App. This app really focuses on user's followers and it needs more improvement, in my humble opinion(coming from a not so techy guy). So far so good but it takes time to load raw data. Overall, I suggest this app for newbies. Kudos!

We would very much like to show data about non-following users as well, but that's pretty challenging because as you also mention the app is already becoming a little slow.
Due to the way Steem makes its data accessible, we have to fetch information about users one by one. The more followers you have, the more information needs to be retrieved, making the app slower. This is why showing information for @ned takes so much longer to load than for @spectacles, because he has so many more followers. Adding data about non-followers as well could easily increase the amount of data needed tenfold or more, which would make the app so slow it's barely usable for users with many upvotes.
We're working on a solution for both, but it could take a while to realise. Thanks a lot for the suggestions though :)
I agree on fetching more data makes the app more slower. I think its better to track on user's followers than those who are not following yet upvoting some users regularly. Its better that way and that makes it unique than other steemtools.
I will be using this app regularly to keep on a spot to my followers and reward them because of their non-stop engagements. Thank you for the support @spectacles!

This new tool is awesome! I was looking at it yesterday and even at a glance, I learned a ton of information that I never would have known otherwise. I think @spectacles is going to help a lot of Steemians do a better job of engaging with their audience and understanding where their support is coming from.
