I don't believe you need to do a lot to contribute positively to Hive. After all, the value of Hive is primarily derived from its network effects. Just being active on the platform contributes to that network value.
Yet still, some Hivers go way beyond that kind of contribution, and punch way above their weight. Check out @fokusnow. The guy is literally running a brick and mortar business on Hive infrastructure. If you scroll through the #spendhbd tag, you'll see not just the sheer number of new users he's onboarding, but how active they are not just posting but spending HBD every day.

@fokusnow have really done an awesome work, everyday new user's are coming into Hive through his program.
I do see most of it, and the truth about is just has you have said. "People he onboard are making waves on Hive, active making good post, and interacting very well.
From the look of things, I think @fokusnow is a good teacher, because it initiative brings people who are good Hivers, and can navigate the blockchain easily.

Thank you so much for the shout-out and encouragement. I really can't wait to see Hive at the top of all web3 networks. It has every prospect to lead the next web3 revolution and I think HBD payments could be the primary instrument to that course.
I will continue to onboard newbies, mentor them and sustain the groceries business which doubles as a web3 incubation hub. If we could duplicate this effort across towns, states and countries, Hive could then reach the masses. It will happen one day.

We need a few more like him. Hive desperately needs more users and having real use cases helps. For some people being able to earn a little crypto and then spend it on essentials will make a huge difference.
