World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation
The World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation was declared in 2015 by Pope Francis and ever since then, September 1st is being commemorated as the World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation and It also marks the beginning of the Season of Creation.
I am hereby inviting you to join me in praying for creation;
"Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise him in the heights. Praise him, all you his angels; give praise, all you his hosts. Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all shining stars. Praise him, highest heavens, you waters above the heavens." (Psalm 148:1-4 )
But while we pray, i am in a very special way inviting you to join me in action to care for creation. God will only be happy with us if we take action to care for his creation.
If you pray and don't take action, then God is going to be disappointed with you.
Thank you for praying with me and for praying for creation. It's time for action!
