巫 (wu) Shaman: The walker of both worlds/两个世界的步行者
The ancient Chinese symbol for shaman perfectly articulates, with basic imagery, what they are. Shamans communicate with spirits and traverse the landscapes of both the physical and spiritual realms. Shamanism is the oldest form of spiritual connection being found in ancient civilizations all over the world dating back thousands of years.
巫的古汉字完美地表达了萨满人是什么。萨满在精神和物质领域与生物沟通和探索周围。萨满教是世界最古老的精神联系，它历史是数千年，并且是每一个古老文化的一部分。
I was living in Central America when my brother first introduced me to Shamanism. Being a religious person I was seeking ways to improve my spirituality and better understand myself and god. From the moment I first heard about I was instantly hooked and captivated.
当我住在中美洲我的哥哥对我介绍萨满教。因为我是一个教徒所以我要一个方法我可以变成更加灵性也更加明白我和神。我第一次听了萨满教我已经为之心醉了。
What is Shamanic Journeying/萨满之旅是什么：
Shamanic Journeying is an ancient practice connecting you to the spiritual realm. By the use of drums or chanting and a focused meditation you enter the shamanic realm where you now can be taught and guided by a variety of spirit guides and teachers.
萨满之旅是一种古代的实就帮助你进入灵界。通过使用鼓或歌颂诚心的冥想您，进入萨满教的领域，然后你就可以被几个不同的精神知道和教师接受教导和导向。
How to begin a Shamanic Journey/怎么开始一个萨满之旅：
To begin a shamanic journey is quite simple.
1: Choose your music, ideally you'll download it to avoid any pauses from buffering. You can find plenty of drum tracks on youtube, I will list a few at the bottom of the page.
选你自己的音乐，下载它以避免延时个音乐。在youtube你可以找到很多鼓声的音乐，在下边我会写我最喜欢的。
2: You simply need a quiet and dark room that you can lay down in to avoid any distractions. You want to lay down on something comfortable but you dont want to fall asleep.
找到一间黑暗和安静的房间里你可以躺下，所以你可以避免心烦。尝试找到舒适的东西，小心不要入睡。
3: Once you have laid down, clear your mind, state you intention for the journey out-loud then do some deep long breathing to settle the body and any nerves. Laugh! This isn't a rational place so relax and enjoy.
你放下了后，安静你的头脑，说出你萨满之旅的意图然后开做一点深呼吸以平静你的神经。请笑，这个不是一个理性的地方所以放松和享受。
4: Close your eyes and visualize yourself somewhere comfortable. This is your safe place, here you can make it however you want. Picture the view, is there plants, a pond, animals, a house? Do you feel wind, or smell the trees? Don't rush this phase take time to really bring this place to life visualizing every inch of it. Take time to picture yourself walking around in it.
然后闭上眼睛，在一个安宁的环境中描绘自己。这个地方像你的家，一个安全的地方。根据你的喜好设计这个地方，你可以创建一个房子，动物，植物，一个池塘等等。。。当你去这儿的时候尝试让自己沉浸在周围环境中，感觉风，闻到鲜花，触摸水。 不要急于这个阶段，探索这个地方的每一寸。
5: Once you're ready then enter into something, i.e. a rabbit hole, a pond, a cave, just anything going downwards. This begins your journey and is how you enter the lower realm where you find spirit guides and totems. This step is different for everyone, just keep imagining and see what happens.
一旦你准备开始你的萨满之旅你就要找到一个东西你可以进入，即一个池塘，洞穴，洗碗池，锁孔，等等。。就要进入向下的方向。你做之后会开始你的萨姆纳之旅，也会进入底层的境界。在这儿你可以找到精神指导。这一步对于每个人都是独一无二，看看会发生什么。

Journey of shamans always fascinated me, but I really entered the rabbit hole in the moment I tried ayahuasca. That plant will send you to the realm of spirits as if you were born there! Thank you for the article.
