Splashing Season

in #splash2 years ago

Good afternoon, and welcome. Recently, the weather has actually started dictating that it truly is spring. This is something we don't typically get our hopes up for, and wi ter always creeps in until mid May. We live in Northern Alberta, Canada.

Well, I bought our daughter some Bogs and a Muddy Buddy. Both of those brands were manufactured specifically for the Northern Canadian winters. What's that mean? Well, the Muddy Buddy is water proof. The seams are sealed and water should not leak through. They're designed to fit over snowsuits on the colder days! Bogs, are insulated rubber boots. Quite often, they are found in families of hunters, but they're just the best boots for this time of year!

Here's Nugget, modeling both!

Ahhhhh! Yes! That's it! Your description 100% depicts life as a Canadian this time of the year!

Your little one is so cute and has a real future as a cold weather model!

Shout out from another Canadian... and one from Alberta no less!

You're the only other Albertan I've come across on here. Canada doesn't have a big presence on here, or at least not where I've looked. We are in the wonderful oilfield city of GP... where gas prices would probably be lower if we didn't produce fuel (in Justin Castreaus eyes) or only hired Saudi Arabian companies to harvest it lol. Not really a laughing point, kind of ironic in the end.
