I usually get about 3000 or a bit more a day in GLX now from my licenses which I have started to stake lately and am up to 255K GLX which is getting me more and more COLONY which I still have some hope for so I decided to stop selling GLX when prices ended up being to low as I used to convert to SPS. Now since what was once at the high worth 25K is now worth 50 dollars I figure might be a good time to even buy some with a bid if I can get a lot for cheap and the yield on the COLONY drop is good as they still have potential and are severily undervalued if they have success in the future which could dribble over from SPL marketing and even a small amount could send it up 100s of % and since my once 15K profit is now basically worth a few hundred dollars in nodes from GLG might as well hold until they either by some miracle become worth more, possibly buy more if I can get really cheap to get more GLX to get more colony as my goal is to get to 10000 colony a day and to put half in the LP long term earning the 25% bonus for holding as well as holding Colony and possibly delegating to people for a share of profits or operating a node once they or if they come out like SPL and operate with no licensee just what ever colony I have staked. The project could moon if they actually get a decent game with decent player involvement. For GLG I think its dead other than to hold for COLONYs airdrop and for a tiny 500 dollars you could get a decent drop but I don't want to spent money and will just keep growing it from my illiquid nodes and hope for a moon shot down the road or sell some later on when or if it pops for hive or SPS etc. Also want to get the amount needed for upvotes on content to make extra money as well. I am going to be starting a investment club which will have its stats posted here and right now it will just be my SMLLC with the assets I have transferred to the LLC as the first round will be people I find that want to contribute a similar value in assets that are diverse from crypto to start ups to real estate as I am adding about 40,000 in private real estate apartment and vacation home funds, 25K in stock of groundfloor, start engine, and fundrise three major equity crowdfunding platforms, equity in splinterlands inc through ownership of the LLC units as it already owns them, all my splinterlands assets for land producing cash flow, and these things I still need to get a decent value estimate, another 20000 in private companies and other private investments, 20000 in stables, solv-btc+, eth, and other smaller positions included that are right now being used to earn interest and farm various airdrops for high yield which is being used to reinvest in BTC and other digital assets to DCA. In the future the LLC will be using algorithmic trading to farm futures DEX rewards using a method where it takes advantage of the price discrepancies between exchanges and divergences and convergences so when the prices diverge the algo will go long and short to get volume using some leverage as its a short trade until it usually converges so the trade can break even or turn a tiny profit but the real gain is volume to get a large part of right now FLEX perps 30000 per week airdrop and other perp exchanges doing the same so there can be two tokens earned exploiting the price inefficiency between two exchanges for the same asset as well as also using it to exploit the synthetic stock prices divergence convergence with the real asset holding the real one long or short and doing the opposite on the futures DEX as the prices will often not track giving algos the ability to profit off of this and get a very high volume with maybe 20k in capital which would get a significant potion of the drop.
I will be starting a discord or telegram channel that will be by application only to find 10 other members that have a skill that is needed like I am a CPA and would need say a lawyer, other CPAs, people familiar in various aspects of forming a hedge fund style club that have assets they want to contribute to match my contribution value preferably more cash flowing assets so the fund can maintain a high stable coin treasury utilizing high yield strategies to farm tokens and yield as well using DAI, USDC, EURC, USDT and many others and maintain larger positions over many different farming opportunities in order to not only generate 10-20% in yield but additional speculative tokens which often end up in nice airdrops for just allocating capital to a different chain or protocol etc.
The first 10 members will need to fill out a application on a future website and also join the telegram or discord tbd to discuss first before even applying as I want serious people that can add value to the club before we would take it further to raise additional capital from other investors that would still all be active and at first would need to be from the US until someone in the club can navigate all the foreign regulations but the goal with that group is to not have them actually put in capital at all that they did not have but to just use there pay checks to open a new bank account using a affiliate link that would give them various bonuses in the US like for example you switch you DDP from work to citizens bank and have two direct deposits hit the account you then get 500 dollars which would also give me 500 dollars and that would be shared in portion with the person who did the bonus in this case they would get 600 toward equity in the club or if they do not want to join just receive there 500 from the bank bonus and the other 500 goes to myself and the other founding members. The US is the only country I know of that there are many of these and also you can do fintech ones and brokerage as well as credit card ones if you have not done to many of the credit cards. The credit cards can be the most lucrative as well as long as you already say need to pay rent just pay with the credit card to the complex and if they have a portal when I did it with a few cards I think about 4 I paid my 2400 rent and received 1500 back in welcome bonuses each month I did it lol. If you are interested or potentially interested in either joining the club to first just discuss investments then possibly if its a good fit join the LLC as a active member and the LLC will be a MTM trader in securities and digital assets which has advantages as well as allow you to offset some of your ordinary income with home office or other costs as well as losses if the entity has a loss or uses loss harvesting. One other main strategy will be real estate partnerships which often allow infinite deferral of income tax if managed properly so you can get tax free cash flow indefinitely. The club will be tax conscious planning to take advantage of many planning strategies to legally avoid paying any tax and generating cash flow as well as utilize low cost borrowing against property at times to avoid or time capital gains in times when the partners would pay zero or when it needs to be deferred and borrowing against would not trigger tax just small amounts of interest which would take a long time to equal what the tax owed would be if sold but the leverage would be kept at a conservative amount to avoid any liquidation. Many of the activities would be treated as active trade or businesses and everyone would be required to participate actively in order to be a investment club in the eyes of the SEC for the minimum amount required by the IRS as well to allow active deduction of items like home office as well as any tax loss only items that would be limited by passive loss rules if you are not active.
If the bank bonus method of raising capital is successful which based on discussing with many people it will be I expect a few million in a couple of years in the fund with the early members benefiting the most from the additional units from bank bonuses that I receive and would be dividing up and it would be paid out as compensation but 83(b) elections would be able to be made if you chose so. Also every member would receive a schedule K-1 indicating there reportable items most likely by September 1st or so as it will take additional time to prepare a complex tax return like this one which is common for clubs like this as most extend so any member would be required to file extensions with the IRS and any states which would be indicated by the club as well as the resident state. Tax preparation will be potentially included in the accounting fees for the entity as it gets larger for members as I am a CPA and own a registered CPA firm and can prepare all of the taxes if any member wants which would be covered by the funds fee paid to my firm to prepare the returns that are necessary and instead of cash I am going to opt to be paid in units of the LLC instead at FMV at the end of each year so the fund does not need to shell out more cash and I also want to grow my interest. Other professionals and initial members will have similar arrangements related to the value they bring to the club operations. Any non original members or managing members will pay a small management fee and a small performance fee to cover these costs which is standard if you are just providing capital but the fees may be waived depending on your contribution to the fund and how active you are or what value you can bring as well.
The last round will be a debt round or revenue share round if we need additional capital where we either have a note or rev share of x% to a max multiple over time allowing us to pay out on it when the fund is profitable and once it reach's the max equity multiple then the contract is over or potentially for additional investment there would be a conversion option at a set valuation if the investor wants to convert to equity at the end of the investment and lock in a specific value to buy in at.
Many of these items may change once things are really worked out but it will be designed to offer investors the diversification in assets and strategies that often require a lot of capital and also be almost completely funded using traditionally finance bank or other affiliate bonuses just as a F U to them lol. This also makes it so no individual needs to spend money they did not have before as they would get any investment plus a bonus from me depending from just switching there DDP or meeting other req of the bank bonus specified by the banks them selves which the website will walk you though each one. Some wont give cash but will provide shares of stock which can be contributed as well etc. The basic goal is to fund this from easy to get money by taking a way people some times get a small amount of extra money to a extreme that many rarely think about or know is possible.

My 10 year goal for this is to have a 20-50 million dollar group that will have many investors and eventually completely passive investors and the income will be distributed always between 25-75% with the rest being reinvested with 50% likely as that will ensure long term cash flow growth and asset growth as well as current cash flow that will hopefully grow to be enough to make significant differences in peoples lives and let them take control of there finances as the only real way to be free in my opinion is to earn money while you are not working. The club will require some work from a few but just the people that want to be active for tax purposes and involved in the beg. Later on passive investments will be likely registered with the SEC and done as a capital raise once there is enough traction to warrant the cost and that will likely be when its open to non us investment once it exceeds a few million dollars in AUM otherwise it might be to costly to do so unless the group of non us people say are a bunch of people bringing a lot of capital in or value.
I intend to have a Splinterlands focused portion where we acquire if everyone votes to do so assets for a guild that will be designed to compete at the highest levels as well as run nodes and other infrastructure as well as market making bots, development of potential software that makes taxes easier for gamers since its a night mare right now with the current methods and also offer other services such as information and analysis, possibly a new dex, maybe a gaming debit card to allow the spending of earnings from the game etc. This is a ambitious project which may take a few years to get off the ground but technically it already is since most of the assets are already in my SMLLC and all that needs to happen is for a member I think would add value and have the necessary assets to contribute to want to join and start growing the fund. Until then I will post likely monthly portfolio updates as well as stream about the various investments I am making and why as well as focus on Splinterlands streams and guild as a ancillary project for now since it helps me as I have a stake in the game to so if it succeeds my equity becomes worth more making the LLC worth more so why not plus more players and investment is good for asset prices which is good for me and everyone.
I have proposed this sort of project before but this time I am going to just go talk to people my self since I have found it hard to get though to people on line exactly how it works unless they reach out to me or already get it but it really is a very easy way to make extra money if nothing else with the bank bonuses even if you don't want to join still talk to me about the bonuses as ill be ecstatic to walk you though since I make a boat load as well so its in my best interest to show you exactly how to maximize it as the more you do the more I get as well.
This could also just end up being a LLC where I get a bunch from bank bonuses and that is fine to since then I sill achieve my goal of diversification from only bank bonuses so whether you join or not at least think about how easy it would be to probably double the median American salary just by moving bank deposits of it around for the year and if you want to get involved to make some investments in things that require higher minimums and larger capital usually this might be for you. Also if you do not mind a bit more complex of a tax situation bc you will always get a K-1 in September and will always need to extend beyond April which is no big deal but some people do not like doing it for some reason but if you ever get into any alternative investment expect to extend just a FYI they never file by April or March since all of the investments owned by them need to file first then they file and as the club gets bigger more and more states will need to be filed in making it potentially much more complex and in that case many states have composite returns for people who don't want to file in the states but you usually lose out on some savings which is why I just file in every state I need to and also bc it costs me no extra money to do so. Right now I need to file in about 5 states but as this gets going I imagine it getting to be in the 20s depending on where real estate is located and other pass though income(loss) comes from. Mostly important for tracking losses by state as many investments in real estate can be kept in a perpetual state of tax loss by re investment in new investments due to depreciation rules while still collecting tax deferred distributions indefinitely and if you hold it until you pass your children get to inherit and step it up and deduct without paying for them lol so then you avoid tax all together which is why I do love real estate. I had a client who owned hundreds of mobile home parks and rather than pay tax he would buy a new park when he refinanced or sold one while also collecting 5 million or so in cash flow tax free per year due to how the depreciation laws work in the US and trump made permanent which is awesome for real estate investors. Think about if you had a 10% distribution you spend but always reinvest the sales or refi proceeds you would never pay tax and get cash flow that would be about equivalent to double if it was a W2 which is depending on tax bracket sometimes like 50-60% factoring in all taxes and fees where as this would be 0% potentially forever and even if you have a gain there are ways to avoid it by other deferral or other alternative investments you can make to offset the gains. When you do not work with a W2 you can make your income pretty much what you want it to be on paper which can also have other benefits like cheap health care and other things to.
