Although maybe I did curate some posts without noticing that's only used blurt as the social media but I don't think that blurt counts as a social media as blurt is not a social media site, in my sense.
Blurt is just like another blockchain like Hive.
So my answer to this question is, "No, blurt doesn't count as social media".
