It doesn't matter how many you have you don't waste 2% for one battle, much less.
Playing more give me more chance for better win streak, not playing only for quest, which is better for me.

I dont totally understand cuz if the capture rate is low then your rewards are low... better keep them as high as possible and get the most from each battle... OFC getting the ERC to 100% is pointless... But playing so much that it gose under 70% isnt good idea either...

Capture rate discharge are linear like voting power on hive blockchain or resource credits for making actions on blockchain, work the same.
When you hit 100% full vote with lower mana you vote is lower, but it waste less % of full voting power.
It always regenerate 20% of full power per day, but at 40% it takes a way less of your power.
For example, if you have 100% one battle takes 2% of total capture ratio.
When you have 40% it takes 0.8%. It's 2% of 40%
The worst scenario is, when you don't use your capture ratio and it's 100% and it don't regenerate more, then you waste.
