Why should you consider using "CENTAURI MAGE"?
Simple Reason = Magic Damage dealer with 10 HP
Strategic Reason
~ Because of its defensive and support skills which could definitely bring you to victory. With Return Fire, she can be place at position 2 or 3 for being aware of monsters with snipe (Most monsters with snipe are Range and a handful only have magic damage). With Repair your Tank can last very long in battle and even some of your teammates might survive if they have armor.

Here are the Rules for the Battle
Mana : 24
Weak Magic* : Magic Attacks hit armor before reducing health
*This rule is the reason why I definitely would like to put CENTAURI MAGE in my line up
Lineup Positions :
Summoner : LYANNA NATURA
- +1 HP can help you in a lot of situations.
1 = PELACOR MERCENARY
- One of the new monsters and a very powerful one. I chose this card because of the ruleset, even though its armor is just a measly 1 point, it will definitely be a great help together with CENTAURI MAGE
2 = CENTAURI MAGE
- Taking advantage of the ruleset and abusing the repair skill on pelacor mercenary, even though only 1 armor would be repaired, it will be a big help since under most circumstances any damage excess of the armor would not decrease its life. Placed in position 2 to counter some sniping monsters.
3 = BATTERING RAM
- Decent damage with just 2 mana, with opportunity and shatter.
4 = SCREECHING VULTURE
- Putting another monster with opportunity to increase their success rate of hunting low hp enemy. Scavenge is a great mid to end game skill.
5 = BROWNIE
- A great support using inspire in this battle since I have 2 melee monsters with opportunity and my tank is also melee. Swiftness is also a big help to increase my chance to attack first in case my enemy also have monsters with opportunity.
6 = CREEPING OOZE
- Slow skill will further make a gap in monsters speed. Placing it last position in case team have sneak
COMMENCE BATTLE
ROUND 1

Worth the preparation, 1 monster have snipe, 1 monsters have sneak.
ROUND 2
Creeping ooze absorb 1 sneak attack, Centauri Mage return fire to twisted jester and the 2 monsters with opportunity killed it.
ROUND 3
Repair for the tank armor paid off and it is still standing in combination with its heal.
RESULT
Preparation paid off and Centauri Mage also abuse its repair skill and kept the tank alive.

Repair skill have a lot of versatility and for CENTAURI MAGE which is a magic damage dealer, it is super useful under right circumstances.
