A solid plan of action which tries to bring fairness for most of the Splinterlands players. Yeah, will not be easy for those that didn't invest a dime, but if they stretch a bit and purchase Vouchers and Chaos Legion packs these will pay out in the long term. It is just a matter of strategizing.
