It's a new dawn in my timezone and a Sunny Taco Tuesday as well. How is your day going over there in your different timezones? As for mine, it has been quite a hectic day so far but all thanks to God for making it to a brand new day alive and healthy. I have been doing laundry before going ahead to do some marketing on X. I logged in Splinterlands earlier today and claimed my daily streak prize after doing the wheelspin in the FRONTIER league. My prize today was 100 SPARKS and extra 15 SPARKS as bonus for being in the TIER 2 of the daily streak ish. I decided to finish with the FRONTIER league for the day before heading over to the MODERN league since the former is less challenging compared to the later. After fighting in a couple battles, I was able to win 5 battles in the FRONTIER league and was awarded a set of daily prizes in the league. The prizes consisted of 2 foundation cards and one entry into the weekly FORTUNE draw. After a couple of days of claiming only COMMON cards, I guess I’m back to my former form of bagging the RARE, EPIC and LEGENDARY cards. So today I got to claim a RARE card and a COMMON card so far. It’s 13 days left before the current season ends and that’s less than two weeks. I should be playing in the MODERN league tonight when I’m up from my siesta as I’ve been exhausted from working all day. My points in the FRONTIER league is 940 so I need extra 60 points to rank up as my rank is BRONZE I at the moment.
My claimed cards today were as follows the VICIOUS QUILLIUN and the STURDY AXE WARDEN. The first card is one of my favorite cards in the Splinterlands game even though it’s been a while since I used it consistently but it has been a major contributor to my victories in the game. The card is a foundation level 1 unit card that belongs to the RODENTIAN bloodline and is a MELEE Attack card. It possesses a special ability and falls under the EARTH element category. It can reduce an opponents health by 1 when it attacks. As you can see , it is a RARE card. The second card on the other hand is a RANGED attack card that falls under the FIRE element category. It can reduce an opponents health by 2 when it strikes and it does not have any special ability. This UNIT card belongs to the DWARF bloodline and though I use it most of the time, but it is not among the list of my favorite cards in the game. After a lot of procrastination, today has to be the day I’ll be combining my cards cos I need the victories badly. If time permits me, I’ll be fighting more battles in the FRONTIER league today but that will be after I’m done with the MODERN league battles and the combination of my cards as well.
