This clearly contradicts your earlier statement that only pre-sale purchasers would be eligible for the airdrop benefits. So what's the point of buying pre-sale if in the general sale everyone will be able to have the same benefits? Dr Blight + two cards only?
The word in there is remaining airdrops. Blight and 2 others will already have been completed. After that it's the normal airdrops.
