Yeah you can even tell when the DEC rewards pool refills due to how difficult the ranked matches become to win for a few days. SPS Ranked match rewards will work on a modified reward pool system that takes Staking & delegation into account. The SPS rewards are in a manor of speaking meant to combat this DEC rewards pool issue
