It’s the same strategy I have used since I joined the game when it launched in the summer of 2018.
High value card prices have shown up in numerous mainstream articles and generated some extra attention to the benefit of our ecosystem.

Team members should never speculate or even comment on future prices of game assets. With inside information and disproportionate influence on game dynamics and access to high level execs this would be an obvious conflict of interest. *Not only is there just 1, it is the ONLY ASSET IN THE GAME THERE IS JUST 1 OF.
*The GFMD along with the 3 other “Mystery Potion” cards is fully printed. Meaning there will only be 1 GFMD…. Ever.
*The GFMD is the gatekeeper for anyone trying to attempt the momental task of owning every Gold Foil (or every card) in the game. Only the person who owns this card can ever accomplish this.
*The GFMD is a max level card.
*Mystery potion (where these promo cards came from) no longer exist.
*GFMD has historically rented out for over $100 a day at End of Season (screenshot when dec was much higher than current day)
*GFMD has enough collection power to get you to Champion I WITH A SINGLE CARD

This is a Beautiful Specimen and I truly think that this card could one day be rented out for 3 digit numbers per day (in usd)
Now thats an interesting idea! I think that burning GFMD would go down in history if that happened.
