Hello my Splinterlands friends hope you are all well. I'm fine too. Today I am going to describe five cards. These cards are good in my opinion. So today I appeared with a review of them.

Five cards Review

TORTISIAN FIGHTER

Tortisians are one of the newest civilized race to find their way into the Splinterlands from the other side of the world. They are naturally a seafaring people, and while they cannot breathe underwater, Tortisians can hold their breath for several minutes at a time. Their shells act as powerful floatation devices, never allowing one to be dragged under or to tire from swimming. In battle, the Tortisian Fighters make use of ancient martial arts forms handed down by their people. They carry spears, but seldom need to use them.

VENARI SPELLSMITH

There are those who may think the Realm of Silence is a place of deep dark caverns. That could not be further from the truth. It is a region like any other in the Splinterlands that is full of homes, cities, and cultures. There are even universities that specialize in the study of magic, music, and geography. One such underground species that excels in academia are the Venari.

They created the Institute of Application that acts as a center of study for spells and tinkering. Those who wish to become fluent in spellcasting train to become Spellsmiths: masters of creating and using spells. It is through this knowledge they research and experiment with magic in order to unlock new ways to harness mana and the elemental forces.

A Venari Spellsmith is so dedicated to the art of spellcasting that magic itself became a part of them. While they themselves can manipulate magic to damage foes, magic burns through their veins. Upon death the radiating Mana explodes from their bodies, harming everyone around the Venari.
The Spellsmith set his jaw as the Minions of Chaos marched across the battlefield, laying waste to everything. The battle had taken its toll, but he and his comrades stood their ground, slinging spells at the advancing legion.

The mages of the Chaos Legion were masters of their art and weaved their magic like bards weaving a tale. They were battle-hardened, true, but they'd never faced the fury of a Spellsmith before.

The Chaos Legion's spells slammed into the front rank not thirty yards from the Spellsmith. He used his magic to reflect the damage back at the enemy, and many staggered and fell, smoldering. Next, he dispelled their protective magics, leaving them vulnerable to a counterattack.

A lighting bolt flashed from his fingertips, followed by a bolt of fire that ignited an advancing mage's robes. The man didn't slow. He raised his own hands, and deadly shards of ice flew at the Spellsmith and pierced his clothing and flesh.

The Spellsmith dropped to his knees, blood pooling around him. Now, the Chaos Legion mage stood over him, leering malevolently.

The Spellsmith smiled wearily and spread his arms, and his body erupted in a surge of arcane energy that tore through the mage's body, and he fell dead beside the fallen Spellsmith.

ANTOID PLATOON

image.png

An Antoid Platoon typically consists of five to seven Fire Ants, each approximately the size of a man's fist. They are well armored and wield shields and spears that, while tiny, provide a formidable defense and offense against the antoid's foes. Operating through a shared hive mind, the Antoid Platoon is employed to defend Ant Miners, other workers, the colony, and its queen. They are also known to become aggressive when invaders encroach upon their homes and surrounding territory.
The Weirding Warrior tried to bring his foot down on the Ant Miner, but the vile little insect skittered away and disappeared down a hole in the soft silt of the forest's floor.

The Weirding Warrior rubbed his calf where it had struck him with its pickaxe, limped over to the hole, and peered inside.

“Come on out little fella,” he hissed. “I won't bite.”

A rustle of shifting dirt, and an Antoid Platoon consisting of five red ants wearing armor and wielding shields and spears poured out of the hole and skittered toward him.

The Weirding Warrior snorted and raised his boot. “Am I supposed to be impressed?”

The rustling grew louder. He paused and cocked his head. Suddenly, a flood of fire ants poured from the hole and surged toward him.

Eyes wide, he gasped and turned to flee. Tiny pinpricks tore into his lower legs. He stumbled and fell.

And the Antoid Platoons swarmed over him.

OGRE

image.png

Many of the larger caves in the Molten Mountain range are inhabited by Pit Ogres. They are huge and powerful, using brute force to get their way whenever possible. The Ogres also have a sort of obsession with clubs. Their clubs are an extension of themselves, and they never forget a good clobbering.

VENARI HEATSMITH

image.png

Banished from Below 5 of 5 - The venari fell upon the Dark Eternal city of Galzur one dark night. There was miraculously no bloodshed that night. The Dark Eternals watched in profound confusion as a huge wave of small rat-like creatures stole supplies, weapons and ships, then vanished into the Primordic Sea.

It has not taken long for the venari to spread themselves throughout the Splinters, becoming involved in politics and power struggles. They have best fit in wherever their tech is found most useful, and wherever they can be paid handsomely for their assistance. A large group of venari has made friends with the goblins of Gobson, while others have settled in the Burning Lands. Some stayed behind in Mortis, where they have already proven helpful as allies to the Lord of Darkness. Now that they live on the surface, the venari must share the incoming threat of the Chaos Legion, vowing to use every tool and skill at their disposal to protect their home.
