Hive SBI's sister program had a node issue for a while, and we were not processing cross-chain transfer requests. It has since been resolved, and we are catching up the backlog.
I see a pending 'Transfer Refund Request' from you, but it was submitted on Hive, which would sweep your Hive SBI balance over to Steem Basic Income. Seeing that you are active here and not on Steem, I assume that you meant it the other way around? I will hold off processing it until I get your response.
