That's a double down good thing.
- If you burn DEC/DEC-B at the start, the rate is a little less than $3 and you get at least a pack from that. Good deal from all sides.
- The guild power feature is quite good. I am in a guild right now but I think I am the only active member so burning DEC on this guild for upgrading buildings is kind of useless especially if the guild owner can just kick you anytime. Taking that guild power with you is a dual edged sword but kind of good.
Once it launches, it can be a fight for big dono accounts but even little accounts that contribute here and there will have security that their investment on the guild will not be for naught if ever they left the guild.
This is by far, the best promotion Splinterlands ever offered in my opinion. The required DEC to be burned is affordable even for little people and you are sure to get your money back regardless of what you get. I hope more promotions like this comes in the future and not only those whale-centric promotions.

It is guaranteed. What is not guaranteed is the prize you will get but it is guaranteed that you will get a prize for every 10k points.
