No idea if it is working or not but i'm in diamond and get about 25 per game so it sounds about right.

Thanks a lot for mentioning about the Diamond rewards, as like this we can have a better picture about the DEC Reward in general.....
It's hard to see how the over all structure is set up but not broken as far as i have seen. Just depends on how many people are battling and time of the season.
