I met peakd through splinterlands and seeing the community incentived me to do my own post, so let´s do it.
Well right now I am playing splinterlands with a 40.000CP in Silver 2 league.
So I was wondering how long I would take to get to Gold 1 with ONLY he rewards from the chests, without any other methods, like flipping, renting, and etc, neither using the DEC owned from battles.
The game added the chance of receiving CHAOS LEGION PACKS on the rewards chests but I did my calculations before that and later on I will add this new parameter to my calculations.
From Silver 2 (40.000CP) until Gold 3 (100.000CP) I would need an extra 60.000CP.
So in how long reward chest would give this power?
It comes to that:
Silver 2
Average of 1399,48CP (Cards from chests)
Average of 85,86DEC (DEC from chests)
So to get from Silver 2 to Silver 1 takes extras 30000CP and it will take about 21 months winning 1399,48 CP plus around 20CP that 85DEC can get you to get this power.
Silver 1
Average of 1819,33CP (Cards from chests)
Average of 111,62DEC (DEC from chests)
So to get from Silver 1 to Gold 3 takes more 30000CP and it will take about more 16 months winning 1819,33 plus around 35CP that 111DEC can get you.
So without any extras methods it will take with ONLY rewards chests about 37 months to go from Silver 2 to Gold 1.
Conclusion it takes long so we better search for extra strategies to do it faster!
