I also need to lose weight. Goal is to lose another 16.5 lbs. Due to being shutdown and some stubborn injuries, I turned into a miniature bovine!
Yeah, I made it my job to take the bike out every morning when there was no work in sight and it helped to keep me sane during lockdown. Do what you can that doesn't affect your injury and make it routine.
