It may be but orbs were fixed at 2.5k (I think, it's been a bit since I bought orbs) DEC cost without the ability to buy with Hive or credits. This means that guild discounts do apply here and you could get a decent discount depending on your guild.
I'm sure they will be doing a good promo event when they are rolled out.
