Be interesting to run a time-return analysis! I've long wondered how much DEC you earn for your time playing, obviously it varies a lot based on other factors, but I might have to work it for myself!

I wish I would have kept better data about my Splinterlands experience through the years. It would have been awesome to know how much I've generated. :D
I know a bunch of players are doing this kind of thing. I'll bet @carrieallen can name a few examples.
I don't even have a guess for my own rewards, but here's a fun one. Just yesterday in my Daily Quest, one of my Loot Chests had 61,000 DEC in it!
All the buy-in data for DEC is there, in those Jsons, I just have no idea how one would extract it!
61K DEC in one chest, that's like getting a golden legendary (I just looked up the prices!)
@revisesociology, I actually did a post series a couple weeks back calculating my weekly ROI. I was lucky to get a GFL during that experiment that kind of blew my ROI up the roof, but even without it, I calculated around 12-14% ROI per month, and that would be the bare minimum!
