Created in Clip Studio Paint Pro on a Microsoft Surface Pro 7+. Here is the timelapse video:

And here is the step-by-step drawing process. Not many steps to show because all of the color was done on a single layer.
Step One: Rough draft. I use a 40 px pastel pencil to block out the rough shape
Step Two: Create the line art layer
Step Three: Paint. Mostly used oil paint and gouache brushes to shove paint around the canvas. Can't really tell much about the process since I did it all on the same layer. Watch the video above.
Step Four: Last step, I colored the line art layer to soften up the edges, so it looks more like a painted piece and less like comic art.
Step Five: Eat Mor Chik'n
