Escalation packs purchased during the presale cannot be opened immediately and will become available at the start of the General Sale.
The Escalation General Sale begins on February 24, at which time all Escalation packs may be opened.

Doldrus
Eight hundred years of alchemical mastery, and Doldrus still can't get anywhere on time.
When news of the Conclave Arcana's assault on the Splinterlands reached his cave in the Aria Badlands, the ancient tortoi gathered his potions and set out to turn the tide. He arrived at Fenmoor Basin to find the battle had ended weeks ago. He trudged to the Wild Northeast only to learn the fighting had moved on. The Broken Lands were quiet when he finally shuffled in.
The entire war swirled around him, always faster than he could follow. But any day now, the Conclave Arcana will learn what eight centuries of alchemical knowledge can accomplish.
Doldrus comes as a dual-element death/earth card, but don't let the lack of attack fool you. He's a support powerhouse. Corrupted Healing provides massive team sustain, Cleanse keeps your front line free of debuffs, and Deflection Shroud protects adjacent units from splash and reciprocal damage.
But the real spice is Flame Fed. Burning actually increases his max health. Pair that with Corrupted Healing, and Doldrus becomes a cornerstone for attrition strategies. Better yet, slap Weapons Training on him, and suddenly that defensive toolkit comes with teeth.
Portia Nyr
Portia Nyr orchestrated the vote to lower the Wizards' Veil, knowing exactly what would pour through: the legions of Chaos. While her fellow archmages scrambled to seal the rifts, she killed many and banished the rest. From the ashes of the Wizards' Council rose the Conclave Arcana, which Portia filled with mages who shared her appetite for power and her disdain for restraint.
Her alliance with Silus was a knife fight conducted through handshakes, each betrayal disguised as cooperation. She fed information to the resistance, letting mortals bleed his legions while she harvested the dark energy he provided. When the rebellion succeeded, she simply pivoted to her true goal, the secret of Praetoria, power buried beneath the continent itself.
But even if her expeditions fail, she has one option left. An ancient obelisk in the Deep beneath Mount Praetorous, a pathway to Phylos, the God of Time itself. With that power, she could rewrite history with herself at its center.
On your team and in the arena, Portia is just as lethal. Apex Strike targets the enemy unit with the highest power, while Relentless Strike's true damage cuts through their defenses like they don't exist. Immunity keeps her safe from most negative status effects, and Painforge means any damage from allies or Burning just makes her hit harder. She's absolutely brutal against tank-heavy compositions. Your opponent builds a wall? Portia removes it in quick order.
The mastermind of Praetoria's downfall, now in card form. Use her accordingly (which means every chance you get).

The Escalation Mini-Set introduces 8 new abilities that raise the tempo of battle and reward decisive play. From precision targeting to escalating power through sustained combat, these abilities break stalemates, punish passive strategies, and create new ways to dominate the battlefield.
Apex Strike
Targets the enemy unit with the most Power.
Bloodline Pact
Allied units that share this unit’s bloodline gain +1 Power when any of them defeats an enemy and take 1 true damage when any of them is defeated.
If this unit is defeated, allied units that share its bloodline take 2 damage and lose all Power gained from this ability.
Bulwark
When in the first position, loses -2 Attack Power, gains +8 Health, and +8 Armor.
Decoy
Draws attacks from enemy units with Snipe, Apex Strike, and Opportunity.
Does not affect enemy units in the first position.
Determined
After missing an attack, makes a second attack against the same target.
Flame Fed
When Burning, instead of losing Health, gains +1 Health at the beginning of each round.
Reprisal
If an enemy unit deals more than 5 damage in a single round, it gains Taunt, and if camouflaged, is Revealed.
Shadow Focus
When in the last position, gains Camouflage, cannot attack, and all allied units gain +1 Power and Determined.

⚔️ ESCALATION CONFLICTS
Soon after Escalation’s release, battle mages will roll out their Mage Wagons to aid in the continued war against the Conclave Arcana.
Each Escalation Conflict lasts 30 days.
Load your Mage Wagons with Escalation cards only, deploy them against the Conclave, and rack up contribution points. When the Conflict ends, your total contribution points determine how many chances you earn at that Conflict’s exclusive Legendary Archon airdrop card, before it can ever be found in packs.
Escalation packs will contribute the following when you stake them in Mage Wagons:
- 100 Contribution Score per pack
Wagon Crafting & Repair Costs
- Wagon crafting costs remain unchanged for all new wagons.
- Wagon repair costs will be reduced by 50% for the Mini-Set Edition Conflict only.
- Existing Wagon Repair Kits will be replaced with two Wagon Kits.
- It will require 2 Wagon Kits to create a new wagon.
- It will require 1 Wagon Kit to repair a broken wagon.

Conflict Score (CS) values for Black Foil cards have been adjusted to reduce their relative impact in Conflicts.
Black Foil CS has been reduced by 40% from Conclave Arcana, changing its impact from 5× Gold Foil (GF) to 3× Gold Foil (GF)

🧪 New Potion: Sparkle Potion
Sparkle Potions are craftable on Land for a cost of 100 Aura.
Players may choose whether or not to use potions to increase their number of Foil Draw entries.
Each potion grants one additional Foil Draw entry.
The maximum number of potions a player may use is limited to the number of Conflict Chances allocated to each specific Foil Draw event.
For example, if a player allocates 100 Conflict Chances to the Black Foil Draw, they may use up to 100 Midnight Potions to gain 100 additional Foil Draw entries.
Each additional entry requires one potion of the appropriate type (see below), including the new Sparkle Potion.
