When I first bought the plots in my tract (different transactions, 10 plots are still owned by others), I was a little bit worried that majority of them were Bogs and Rivers and all I can produce is Grain and a little bit of Wood.
Might have been a blessing in disguise considering the assumption that Grain-producing plots will be more valuable due to demand!
