So it's basically still privat sale just with another name? So how does it work with air drops then? 6M packs won't get on the Splinterlands website if they get bought by whale guild? But how is this working? Like if i buy on day 1 am i still eligible for these 6 air drops. Technically they got bought days before.
Still don't like the privat sale. Would be ok to give the potions for big credit purchases so they can buy the packs themselves like everybody else. This way it's still privat and there are still 6M packs less for active players. That's just bad!

Your question is literally answered in their post. Read it again. All purchases on the first day of general sale get all 12 air drops guaranteed.
