Yes my friends, It's that time once again to give out some more DEC. Just a quick reminder, the end of month Monster Giveaway is less than a week away and this month There will be 5 Prizes and even thou the amounts are still TBD I will let you know what will be given away. Game Play Tips- Paris
Pairing in splinterlands is much like cheese wine pairing by that I mean one will enhance the other. Neither by itself is as good as it is paired. I will pair up some abilities and some match types with abilities.
- Match type range only sould always be matched with the Headwinds ability lowering range damage.
- No heal match type should always be matched with the repair ability allowing shield repair as a heal.
- No range match types pair with silence ability reducing magic attacks
- paring shield ability and strengthen ability will allow for 4 more damage points on your shield monsters.
- Pair weaken ability with poison ability is a good way to make quick work of your enemy's
- Match type equalizer paired with the scavenger ability can create a freakish level heath on some cards.
Today I have some homework for anyone who feels the need to improve their game play. Head to the homepage on @splinterlands and go to the how to play. Scroll down a bit to the ability list, there just take a few minutes reading the abilities and think what rule set they might be good for or what pairing with other abilities would be worth trying.
