GF Kretch by the sounds? Have you used Kretch much in the past? It's often been the cheapest summoners to max, but it doesn't have as much use case as it's alternative.
I use Kretch occasionally, mostly in the silenced summoners ruleset or when I need to use the dragon splinter but only want to pay 3 mana not 4 for summoner.
