I'm often surprised how many renters end up break contracts a couple days after starting. I don't believe I have every broken a contract, except the one I made with myself 🤔

Yeah, it's kinda silly huh. I don't think I have either but also have more experience renting than renting out atm.. if I want to combine I just take it of the list after the contract.
