Maybe you already battled against the combo of the Kraken and Crustacean King.
The Kraken hast the "Taunt" abilitiy so all monsters have to attack him. With Its 14 lifepoints and 4 attack in combination with the healer monster Crustacean King, you often dont make enough hits do beat the Kraken and the Kraken will beat all of you monsters.
What you need to beat this combination is the Frozen Soldier in Front to take the hits from the Kraken. At second position you can use a Furious Chicken or Kelp Initiate. Now you choose the Captians Ghost for you team, because this monster can stop the healing with its Affliction ability. Second monster you need is the Pirate Archer, this monster have the blast ability, which also hits the monster in the second line.
In addition you can also use a Crustacean King for your team and if you have use the Halfing Alchemist, to cut the attack of the Kraken to 2 points.
