Melo thinks he’s going to the Rockets

I think Melo leaving NY and going anywhere is good for both him and the league. He may not still be a premier player, but he’s still one of the best scorers in the league so him wasting away the rest of his career in New York (apologies in advance to any Knick fans) isn’t good for anyone.
Carmelo joining the Rockets is good because that puts another big 3 on the map. Now they probably cant beat Golden State, but Melo+CP3+James Harden is at least an interesting squad that will be a BEAST on offense. With Dantoni as the coach, I think they would likely lead the league in scoring. If they could find a way to be decent on defense and share the ball enough, they could make some real noise.
