Most of us often are stuck at the office as our bellies increase without us knowing.
Each day, we get back to our chair after lunch to continue with our long hours of work.
Without enough exercise, we grow fat and we hate it.
Below is a nice example for office working guys and ladies to do some simple exercises while you are on your office chair to stay fit and stay slim.

Thank you for your presence on Marlians. The reward pool will go down as more users stake but this isn't established yet.
