He is a waste of money and as far as I am concerned is in breach of contract and should be made to pay severe penalties. FIFA should be allowed to step in and punish the player in my opinion.
I also think it's overpaid. Coutinho + Rakitic + money (because that's something we're talking about) is definitely too high a price.
