Manchester United are expected to present Jadon Sancho in the coming days, but that has apparently not made United rest on their laurels - at least not according to Neil Custis from The Sun.

The Sun does not have a reputation for being the most credible newspaper, but just exactly Neil Custis has often before been reasonably accurate when it comes to transfer rumors regarding Manchester United. Neil Custis thus covers United on a daily basis and therefore has some good connections to the people behind the scenes in the red part of Manchester.

Now Neil Custis once again seems to have made good use of his connections to United. He writes in an article that both Raphaël Varane and Kieran Trippier are so-called "done deals" and elaborates on this by saying that trades for the two players are so close to completion that a publication is expected at the end of next week.

Sort:

As the deal is done, the two player signing will make Manchester united have a rest on their defensive area and the team should bring the quality player in other to go a long way in both champions league and there national league as well

Although, Neil has been accurate in his involvement in transfer deals, but it might actually take a turn because this is not the first it has happened where he claimed Luis Suarez has accepted a deal with Juventus back in 2020.

Alright boss hope for the club to secure the players signature because this hearing now s like the player haven't sign for Manchester united.
Thanks for the good information

The old Trafford club seems to be really serious and quite busy
at the summer window heading towards the new season with great signings. They are making a very big statement.

Should the deals for French international defender and England right back pull through the united team could be an unstoppable force in the England as their defense will be solid tight.

With Jadon Sancho in the attack and the forwards already doing great, the challenge for English premier League title will really tight. With the current squad (assuming the varane and trippier move pull through) united are good to go for the coming season.

Nice write up i wont advice that Trippier should come to man u has man u has good wing back players talking about Luke shaw and Aaron wan Bissaka. He may not have regular play time.

As for Varane, it will be good if he can really consiďer Man u due to the fact that man u needs a Centre back, i am sure he will be part of the regular team.

Thanks for sharing

A very good one for the old Trafford people, they have been very busy in this transfer window and I must say it is a very good one for the club that is field with lot of history.

And it is very good to see how busy they are just to make sure they bring back the glory days back to the red side of Manchester

With Jadon Sancho deal done, bringing a quality defender is another thing the theatre of dream landlord needs ,a quality partner at the back with harry Maguire already lifting up to expectations of recent a solid partner is needed and going for Rapheal Varane is not a bad one and with Kelvin tripper one of the most improved natural right back ,it is going to be a very good to addition for Manchester United.

United in the others side needs to do enough business in the market to strengthen their squad to actually help them compete with the likes of Manchester city and Liverpool.

with this two signings if possible for Manchester United it will be a great signing because it will strengthen the Manchester United team in defensive area

Still not sure 'bout Trippier tho, but for Varane that seems certain because he has won everything for Real Madrid, so he might have just felt the need to start ply his trade elsewhere in another competitive league.
