Michy Batshuayi who is a belgium player and also plays for chelsea have been able to secure victory for belgium when they played against san marino in the ongoing Euro 2020 qualifications matches,he was able to score two goals in the match and one of the goals was a penalty which occurred after a handball by a san marino player who is named "Mirko Palazzi"
