Spring is upon us! As the winter continues to lose ground giving way to the radiance of the sun. It’s time for ‘spring cleaning’. When treating your body like a temple, this is the time of year to start cleaning it out. Fasting and prayer is recommended during this time. Abstaining from meat is a good way to start your spiritual cleansing. Ritualistic bathing where you visualize the water washing away all negativity and stress is helpful as well. Here’s part of the process you can modify to suit your needs.
Choose a nice fragrant soap when doing ritualistic bathing. Perhaps some good incense to fill the air after a nice long bath. Setting the stage for some quality meditation time. Dedicate at least three hours a day to meditation during this time period. Before beginning your meditation go outside and with your eyes closed look into the face of the sun. Feel the warmth of the light fill your mind. Visualize this light cleansing every impurity within the psychology. After that by visualize internally that energy moving into a sphere in the middle of the chest while recalling the last time you’ve felt love in the heart. Go forth into the meditation clean and rejuvenated.
Remember it’s important to awaken consciousness in the heart first. If you’ve never felt this spiritual force before seek this out first. Love of the heart exists and it’s powerful. Find good people who genuinely feel love in their heart and when you’re around them try to focus on feeling it in your heart. With any luck you’ll eventually feel it. Once you do you’ll realize that love is real. Love is something you can actually observe for yourself in nature. If you acknowledge that God is love than fundamentally we’re speaking the same language.
Enrich the lives of yourself and others by preparing yourself to commune with spiritual forces. There has to be a balance within the temple. Where no harmony exists chaos reigns. The goal of Ron is to bring order to the chaos within, for the benefit of others and self. You have to be okay with yourself first before you’re in a position to help others out. Service to others is important as this is apart of the sacrifice of Ron, the energy and time it takes to really help people out.
