Barcelona started the Spanish League 2018/2019 season with a 3-0 victory. Lionel Messi immediately stepped on the gas in this match with two goals he scored.

Playing at Camp Nou on Sunday (08/19/2018) early morning local time, Barcelona was frustrated because various goals scored always failed. The host must wait until the 64th minute to score the first goal. Lionel Messi is the one who broke into Alaves's goal.

After the deadlock broke, Barcelona could add two more goals in the remainder of the match. The second goal was made by Philippe Countiho on 83 minutes, and the third was again scored by Messi in the injury time period.

Throughout the 90 minutes Barca released 25 shots and possession of the ball reached 78%. From that number, nine shots point to the target, while two hit the bar or goalpost.

Although with difficulty, full points in the opening week of the Spanish League were important achievements for Barcelona. Especially with their status as defending champions of the Spanish League.

Barcelona went down with the best strength since the first minute. The trio of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Ousmane Dembele became trident on the front lines. While behind him is a trio of Sergio Roberto, Sergio Busqutes, and Ivan Rakitic.

Barcelona immediately locked Alaves defense since the referee blew his first whistle. Lionel Messi started a wave of attacks with a kick from inside the penalty box which was still deviated in the third minute. Six minutes later the turn of Jordi Alba who fired a shot from inside the penalty box, which also failed to meet the target.

Barcelona's attack continued through Suarez's effort in the 19th minute which was countered by the goalkeeper. Until the 25th minute, Barcelona have mastered ball possession 77%: 23%,but it didn't matter because no goal was created.

Barcelona's best chance to score in the first half came in the 38th minute when he got a free kick right in front of the penalty box. Messi's kick failed to get into the goal because the ball only hit the bar.

In the remainder of the first half Barcelona at least fired three shots, but none of them led to a goal.

Barcelona's second half began by pulling out Nelson Semedo and replacing him with Philippe Coutinho.

Nothing has changed from Bacelona in the second round. They continued to press through various ways, but the goal that was awaited did not come.

Goal! The deadlock finally broke on 64 minutes. Lionel Messi opened Barcelona's lead through a free kick which he directed to the bottom right corner of the goal.

Less than two minutes, Messi was looking to add to his goal if only the left-footed shot he released did not hit the goalpost.

Seven minutes before the game is over, Barcelona can finally add advantage. Countiho dribbled the ball into the penalty box and then fired with his right foot, the ball failed to drive away the Alaves goalkeeper and into the goal.

In the period of injury time Messi again thrilled Alaves's goal. This goal was created thanks to Suarez's big contribution which made phenomenal assists. His measured pass on Messi who ran into the penalty box was settled calmly to become the third goal.
