One of the major concerns I have, next to the ones you already mentioned, is that proposals that pass force the team to work on things that there is no time or money for, or are not in tune with the long range plans of the team.
Not only this, I already find the amount of proposals to be already high at the moment, taking in regard that proposals should never be voted on without fully reading the information, nor from a NIMBY/egoistic perspective or without considering all the hidden risks of implementing the proposal (especially since we don’t always have the inside information from the team about their goals).
I’m voting NO to this.
