I'm fine with changing/updating the proposal as needed. The main thing we need at this point would be for someone from the team, preferably Matt, to say whether or not they want to proceed with this in some form and what their preferred option would be. The main reason the proposal is so open-ended is because we don't know if they will do it, when they'll do it, or if they want funds to do it, which I could update in this proposal.
Edit: I'm also willing to update it per @goldmatters instructions as well. He can message me on Discord with specifics.
