Its a good proposal but I think we need data to know how many of these chests will actually benefit a new player because to my understanding the probabilities of getting the chests in the lower leagues is way less than the diamond players so if we reserve these packs I don't believe it will benefit much the new players because they will hardly get the packs in rewards
