I don't have moeny to level all cards to max level. I only level most frequently used card to max level and leave less frequently used cards level 1. In new system, if i choose champ bracket I can't use these level 1 card anymore. I have to go to bronze to use these level 1 cards, but my max level cards lose effect in bronze league. Seems the only solution is to max all cards I hold to get game continue which invole a lot of money. I strongly oppose this proposal

Besides my personal complain due to poor financial status, I'd mention somethings in common. Even some rich people can level all cards to max level, he may fail to find enough cards in in-game market expecially those out-of-print cards. This is not friendly to new player. And some cards are not suitable to max level. Like Gravebrand Warlock , this max level has some negative effect and many people keep it at level 7. But they can't use it in champ bracket.
This proposal will force to upgrads all cards to max level which i oppose. I hope to keep max level limitation but remove lower level limitation. Let the champ braket can use level 1-10(common), gold can use level 1-8(common).
