All for it, packs in chests are the best of all possible rewards, thanks for putting together a clear and concise proposal that allows the team to work freely and in the best interests of the community at large and specifically new players!

How exactly does this benefit new players? The drop rate for pack in bronze and silver, where one assumes most new players reside, is 0.005% and 0.05%. That means a very real chance that new players never receive a pack between the end of CL print and beginning of Rebellion. This is putting the majority of that 300k pack in the hands of bot farms (that capitalize on the law of large numbers) and higher tier players (that likely have all the CL cards they need). IMO all this really does is trickle out additional small supply of CL to [maybe slightly] suppress prices until rebellion comes out. That might help new players as cards would remain cheaper in the interim between main sets, but this proposal does not really explicitly benefit a new players. The main benefactors here are Champ players (high pack drop rates) and bot farms (massive volume of rewards).
