I would like to play in modern, and I used to, but I do not have a maxed out deck, nor will I ever. I currently make much better rewards playing in wild. If leagues were reinstated, I would play in modern, but as it is currently, my "Gold" deck only gets me to Silver 1, then at the season reset I end up in back in Silver 3. The sps and glint sucks compared to what I get in wild. But instead of fixing modern and bringing back league limits, the plan is to nerf wild, once again screwing all the players they already screwed by removing leagues.
No way im gonna spend Money in this dieing, not rewarding game to keep buying cards of new sets and start modern...Also you earn more with a pay to click than playing now

Yeah, it was difficult to adjust to the removal of leagues.
I had a "Gold" Chaos deck to fight in Gold league before the change, and I couldn't do anything with it when the change happened.
I'm renting max-level cards now to be competitive in modern. The rewards breakeven on a good day haha.
Still thinking about how I should navigate this new landscape Splinterlands has created for human players who mainly want to play the game.
