yes, I use steemmonsters' upvote service. I don't see any reason to bank my DEC or to spend it on something else

this upvote was 1,314$ for 1000 dec. i don't know the actual market price of dec, but i know it's lower. and you don't pay the withdrawal fee.
there's also a new bot @givememonsters. it has even higher roi, but only 20 dec per upvote max.

As of right now according to steem-engine.com each DEC is worth $0.00087 so a small fraction of a cent each. 1,000 if you sold them on the market would equate to about $0.87. Your upvote value that you quoted from Steem Monsters is in fact netting you a positive return or roughly 51% more in value. Our @givememonsters DEC based upvote bot only have a max DEC submission of 20 DEC you are correct about that. This is because we are choosing to try to build from the ground up and are only using the SP we own personally which only allows us to vote up to $0.04 right now however our return is greater in terms of percentages than Steem Monster’s is. 20 DEC gets you a $0.04 upvote making each DEC you send us equaled to a value of $0.002 which is at this moment almost 130% ROI on the DEC you send in.
